As the market was extremely competitive at this time, this process was a bit nerve wracking. However, Adam came along with his knowledge and expertise to help us find a home in a very short amount of time. Adam was very quick to contact sellers agents and set up tours for us. He would show us several homes each time we met with him which was very helpful as we were looking at homes an hour away from ours at that time. Mike met with me and provided me great insight into what to expect, the process, and what I needed to do to get through the sale. Mike and Tiffany, his assistant, were available whenever I needed. Mike was able to help refer me to services as I got the home ready for sale. We put the house on the market on a Tuesday and had an above list price offer the next day. Mike reviewed and qualified the offer, and walked me through each part of the offer. Once we accepted the offer, Mike and his team kept me up to date on the process from inspection, appraisal and closing. I highly recommend Mike if you are looking for real estate agent that will help you and keep you informed.

As an inexperienced new home buyer, he walked me through everything I needed to know. He gave me honest opinions and assessments of each house we looked at (which was a lot). Adam never made it seem like he was annoyed with how many house we wanted to look at in one day. He made sure we found a house we LOVED. He was very responsive - I never had to wait for a text or call back. After a couple houses he knew exactly what we were looking for and would send us listings he thought we would like as soon as they hit the market. Adam is very flexible to work with - which was helpful with our hectic work schedules. Once we found a house we loved (which unfortunately already had another offer) he was able to negotiate with the seller to get us the house within our budget! After the sale even kept us updated with texts while we waited 30 days to get into the house! Highly recommend.

Was an easy sell with fast turn around and I was not even in the same state, would recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a home in the area. Even if the home is outside his working area I'm sure he could point you in the right direction finding someone who would be just as trustworthy and helpful as himself. We researched online looking for a realtor who was knowledgeable of our area, and we were not disappointed in our choice! He was always very upfront with us about what to expect.
